	In Home Appointment We will work with you to gain insight on your ideas and the intentions of your new project. Need additional ideas??? We can assist with that too! Design options, brands, styles of materials, and a realistic time frame of your completed project.
	Detailed Proposal A thorough proposal complete with material, references & our customer friendly payment schedule in a detailed proposal.
	Agreements & Contracts Agreements will be presented by an Elite owner and completed in your home. Scale designs with details concerning structure & aesthetics will be supplied to you by Elite. This information will confirm your design specifications and provide you with the necessary information to receive quick approval from your homeowners association. A detailed, and customer friendly, payment schedule will be presented and agreed upon. A 10% deposit is due at time of signing. (This deposit amount is 20% lower then allowed by law.) Our consumer friendly payment schedule builds trust by scheduling payments at substantial completion points.
	Beginning your project All required permits will be obtained by Elite. (The ony thing you need to do is provide us with a plat of Your property) A “pre-construction” meeting at your home to confirm such details as location, access points, and other circumstances unique to your project and property. A contact list of names and phone numbers will be supplied to you. This has proven to be instrumental in our ability to satisfy our clients through all phases of the construction process. 	Completion of your NEW project! Upon completion of your new project, we will conduct a final walk through.
